A week of planning and here we are! Turtle Island!
3 hrs. drive, the road is worst. Imagine riding a roller coaster hehe. When we arrived at this private resort, we are all hungry and so eager to eat breakfast. The weather is not so nice that day, the sun didn’t even cooperate but we are so all excited what awaits us that day!
And there’s the Floating Cottage!
While they prepared for food, we go around to explore the area that surrounds the resort – I know, it’s all water around lol but what’s so exciting to see are the fishes, sea turtles, jelly fish, star fish and many others!
After eating, fun started as they picked their life jackets ride the kayak while waiting for the pump boat driver to arrive – He’ll be responsible in pulling our cottage up to what they call “The Vanishing Islet”…
While others are just enjoying the view and the food, and the water!
Even puppy *moi-moi* had her kayak moment! =P
When the pump boat driver arrived and starts pulling our cottage , the fun didn’t stopped!
From the resort to the vanishing islet takes almost an hour! +__+ zoomed the camera and there it is!
When we got there, I was so amazed how beautiful it is! White sand, crystal clear water and Star fish scattered around, u can pick as many as u can haha!
Before this islet starts to vanish ( as they say..) it’s time to go. It has been so much fun, in less than an hour, it feels so long! …and yes, I left a mark there!
While going back to the resort, that’s another hour of being in the middle of the sea, everyone felt tired, some slept ( it felt like swinging so possible u’ll fall asleep!) while the rest are just talking about what they are seeing around.
Upon arrival, I tried my luck w/ the Kayak!
It’s very scary for me who can’t swim and not to mention it’s too deep! I even forgot that I am wearing a life jacket, but all scares are inside me and all we did was just laughing and screaming. Unfortunately, we didn’t go as far as others does. It’s really too scaryyy =P . The experience was awesome, no regrets ^__^
After the kayak, we went off to some other part of the resort…and surprisingly we’ve seen this ~↓↓↓ …as well as other types of fishes…
The last part would be going around that bridge on the other side. I’ve been wanting to go there since we arrived =)
Homeward bound. After 2 hrs. on the road we stopped by @ San Lorenzo Ruiz Church…
…finally got home past 6pm and so so tired but all worth it! Thank GOD for the safe trip and a wonderful and memorable experience!~♥♥♥
The night before leaving to hometown, we went to the Carnival…I missed a lot of rides and photos as well! I tried to check each ride and seeing every people’s faces after made me so scared! So these are some photos before the camera battery went off lol…
Of all the rides. this was the first one they chose 😛
They also wanted to try this one called Swing Carousel, which is really so scary, I guess…
The Space combat, I was about to ride on but then I saw it like they bumping on the air lol so nopieee…
And I like this one, Cute! 😛
And this one is called Air Force, and yes I ride on it lolllll ^.^
And we also watched the Wall of Death thing…I was really scared while going up there as I don’t know what to expect what is in there, but it was worth it! Sorry for the blurry photos lol they are really too fast to capture, and even camera kept warning me about battery I still did try to capture these…
And one ride I so wanted to try is the Sea Dragon or some called it Pendulum Swing? I didn’t have the photo of it as the battery died already but googled some and it’s the same Carnival photo 🙂

The Hurricane Roller Coaster is also worth trying for so maybe next time 🙂
So that was my carnival moment though not a really happy experience, but when all my fear goes away then I’ll be going back! ^.^
After the Gazebo fun, we went to the place where the Hanging Bridge is. It’s in the same city. Few days before Thursday, I’ve been trying to search a photo of this bridge as I’ve heard it’s really nice? I goggled and this was it …
Filled w/ excitements, we all ( no, a few of us- cuz others want to rest rather than going to the Bridge) went there! When we get to the pace, we were all running to the stairs going to the bridge and to my surprise, it was really long…and scary cause even a single person who walks on it, it swing and sways!! Everyone walked their way to the bridge to the other end while I am the last one to walk and so slow, while gripping on the sides lol – finally I got on the other end while they’re all there cheering and am so happy I made it w/ all those big sweats on my face lol @.@
The Bridge is open to public so it’s normal to see people passing by and some even in bicycles! Some kids just run on it and that was really so scary when it’s swinging so much~!
Below the bridge is the river… The view from the right then left…↓↓↓
Last Thursday we went out of town to the Gazebo in the nearby city.
It is a resort that lies within the wide river and of course, mountains!! When we arrived, we then go around the place for some pictures! ^.^
They also had their fun jumping moments…in which the Resort Manager had to remind me couple of times that if something will happen, they are not liable..
These are some photos from near the river…
And they have a pool which is still under construction, am not sure if it is a pool alone or with something else cause’ it’s too deep if ever …
